Peer Support Groups
These groups are open to children ages 4 to 18 and their parents or caregivers who have experience the death of someone they love participate in peer support groups.
There is no cost for participation. Peer support groups are open-ended; participants may join in at any time. All group members decide their length of participation. For children and teens: Groups are open to those who have lost a parent, caregiver, sibling, friend, grandparent or relative. For adults: Parents/Caregiver groups are open to those who have lost a loved one. Adult groups meet while the children and teen groups are meeting. |
