GRIEF BAGS
Grief bags are available to kids, teens and adults who have lost a loved one.  They are a home grieving kit filled with journals, coping and self care items. ​

SUPPORT GROUPS
Peer support groups bring together kids, teens and adults who have experienced a loss from death in their lives. They create a safe place explore their perspectives on grief and create healthy coping skills.

THE GATHERING TABLE
The Gathering Table is a support group where healing begins with a shared meal. In a warm, welcoming space, we gather to dine, share our stories, and learn from one another. Together we find comfort, connection and hope. This group is open to all ages and all losses. 

THE ART OF CONNECTION
The Art of Connection is a welcoming, monthly workshop series designed for individuals of all ages who are navigating the journey of grief. Through creativity, community, and compassionate connections, we create space to honor our loved ones, express our emotions, and support one another in healing.
