These groups are open to adults, teens (ages 13-17) and children (ages 4 to 12) who have experienced the death of someone they love.

There is no cost for participation.

Peer support groups are open-ended; participants may join in at any time.
All group members decide their length of participation.

THE ART OF CONNECTION - 1st Wednesday of Each Month
The Art of Connection is a welcoming, creative gathering for children, teens, and adults navigating all types of loss, including the loss of a loved one, relationships, life changes, and other meaningful losses. Through art and creative expression, participants can explore emotions, connect with others, and find comfort in a supportive environment, no artistic experience needed. It's a place to create, share, and discover hope, understanding, and a sense of belonging.

​​The Gathering Table is a support group where healing begins with a shared meal. In a warm, welcoming space, we gather to dine, share our stories, and learn from one another. Together we find comfort, connection and hope. Groups will have dinner together and separate for dessert and discussion.
